Fulfillment Policy

At Mealhouse, we aim to provide an exceptional meal service experience with transparent and fair policies. Please review the following:

Order & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are accepted weekly. You may choose to order once or subscribe for weekly deliveries.

  • All orders placed by Tuesday of the week will be delivered on Thursdays.

  • We currently deliver to the following areas: American Fork, Highland, Lehi, Lindon, Orem, Pleasant Grove, Provo, Vineyard all in Utah.

  • Meals are delivered refrigerated and include simple prep instructions.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard delivery is included in the price. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our regular service area.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we do not offer refunds after an order has been prepared or delivered.

  • If there is an issue with your order (missing items, damaged packaging, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [insert email or phone number], and we’ll work to make it right.

Return Policy

  • Because we deliver fresh, ready-to-prepare ingredients, we are unable to accept returns.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a one-time order up until Wednesday at 12pm of the order week.

  • For subscriptions, cancellations or changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
